We are confident you will love your Stork product, but if you're not satisfied, you may return any product within 30-days of product delivery, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product plus any applicable sales taxes, which shall be credited back to the original payment method. Masimo Consumer will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
If, within 30-days of your purchase from masimostork.com, you are not completely satisfied, please click here to initiate a return. Enter the email address that was used to place the order along with the order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email. Once this request is completed, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label for all returned Stork products purchased from masimostork.com. You must return the product to us in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will issue the refund for the returned product.
If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, including any applicable sales taxes. Masimo Consumer will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
If you are returning products within the return policy period that were purchased as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle (including any accessories, wires and attachments that accompanied each product) must be included in the return parcel to receive a full refund.
